What is kimchi?
Kimchi is a traditional Asian dish made from fermented vegetables and herbs. There are over 180 varieties of kimchi in Korea, including hot, mild and even sweet varieties. Our kimchi is based on my dads traditional recipe from Sakhalin Island and is made from Chinese cabbage, carrots, ginger, garlic, turmeric, parsley, seaweed and gunchugaru ( korean sundried chilly). It is naturally gluten and fat free, and our recipe is completely free of additives, soy, allergens and sugar.
