Inspired by my dad's special recipe, I've combined Ukrainian and Asian traditions that have been around for thousand of years.

 Napa cabbage, root veggies, & a special blend of Korean seasonings create a unique taste and provide health benefits like lactic-acid bacteria to aid digestion & immunity. Produced sustainably with local ingredients, it's excellent for meals like:

Rice, noodles, top up on your favourite breakfast, sandwiches, wraps and salads. Its a versatile and healthy choice for any meal.

  Ingredients: Napa Cabbage (84.5%), Carrot, Rock Salt, Ginger, Turmeric, Garlic, Onion, Parsley, Seaweed,  Gochugaru, Cooked Gluten Free Rice Powder.
  Allergy Advice: No Allergens, suitable for gluten free diets, vegetarian, vegan friendly.
  Storage: Keep refrigerated at all times, when opened consume within 6 month. Minimise saliva exposure. 
  Packaging: The product packaging will differ from what is pictured. Product will arrive in eco- friendly fully recyclable pouches. 

Troubleshooting:  With increase of temperature expect pouch to be inflated with CO2 gas, this is natural process that occurs during fermentation. Be aware that after you received your parcel, keep refregirated and optional but recommended transfer into sterilized, clean, dry glass jar using clean utensils to store in refrigerator and enjoy for longer.

Sterilization:  

  • Process: Submerge clean jars in a large pot of boiling water for 10-15 minutes.
  • Best For: High-acid foods like jams, jellies, and pickles.
  • Steps:
    1. Wash jars and lids with hot, soapy water. Rinse thoughtfully.
    2. Place jars in a boiling water canner, ensuring they are fully submerged.
    3. Boil for the recommended time based on altitude and jar size.
    4. Carefully remove jars using tongs and keep them hot until filling.



Every month, we ferment small batches of Kimchi using only fresh ingredients. It's important to note that the taste may vary between each batch.
